This chap won’t rip u off…Highly recommended!”

Ken was very assuring and told me it may take some time but he will get the lock opened. Really appreciate his help. “Love it when a contractor comes punctually rather than says 10 to 12 and shows up after 12. Had a problem with my door lock. Basically old, over 25 years, so recommended rather than trying to repair, better just to change to a new one, nice one too, not ex. Pity about the old wooden door knob, hard to find now. Fast, efficient, polite, even pleasant to chat with. And English speaking is always a plus!”
